• Develop a more structured knowledge management and version-control process for Climate-KIC’s content library to support future programme design and easier internal use
• Rebrand and update Climate-KIC’s entrepreneurship support content portfolio in line with the new Academy branding, including slide decks, tools and handbooks.
• Improve the quality, consistency and usability of content through updated layouts, graphics, templates and clear visual hierarchy across modules.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Koperativa supported Climate‑KIC in rebranding a large portfolio of entrepreneurship content, including priority training modules, core slide decks, guidebooks, and tools. Their team refreshed visuals and redesigned materials to match the new 2025 brand. Working in close coordination through regular check‑ins, they delivered all outputs digitally and on time, fully aligned with the scope and standards of this assignment. Core deliverables were:

• Redesign approx 30 core content modules 
• Redesign 4 guidebooks on topics such as Circular Economy and Social Inclusion
• Redesign complete curriculum library of Climate KIC flagship ideation support programme. 
• Design around 70 graphic icons and visuals to be used by Climate KIC in new content and learning materials

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rebranding and updating of 9 priority ESO capacity-building modules, 30–35 core content modules, 3–5 tools/handbooks, plus additional modules as prioritised by Climate-KIC, rebranding of full curriculum of one of Climate KIC's flagship entrepreneurship support programmes, designing up to 70 graphic icons to be used in (new) content offers and on social media platforms

Delivery of all agreed outputs within the contract period, supported through weekly coordination and review rounds with Climate-KIC.

Establishment of an improved categorisation, taxonomy and version-control process for the content library.
