Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started the project in early 2022 and with the involvement of everyone on the team and through the work of KONCEPTO. It is possible to have everyone involved in the strategy and monitoring of the main indicators.

KONCEPTO brought the indication of a tool, where everyone on the team feeds the results weekly. This way we can better monitor and, if necessary, propose actions to better achieve the desired results. And quarterly, at the suggestion of KONCEPTO, we meet at the company to plan the next quarter.

Knowledge of tools, techniques, processes to support internal teams in order to improve the company's results.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended by a friend to meet André. The same presented the works of Koncepto, together with Thiago. We made the decision to hire the company due to the experience of the guys, tools used by them and because I believed that Koncepto was not just a consultancy that analyzes the company's problem, I realized that they would go further and help in the commercial and strategic growth of the company. Placer. And luckily I got it right!

We developed a growth strategy for Colocker with KPIs, developed and consolidated the business model, creating an automatic pricing tool for each product. We develop a sales strategy based on the company's KPIs, creating an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), generating a list of leads for prospecting and creating a contact flow with these leads. In addition, we hold weekly progress monitoring meetings and new prospects.

We work with 2 people and more than 6 tools.

When we started we didn't have a defined business model and price for the product, today we have an exclusive pricing based on our costs. We had only one client today we have 7

Our workflow has always been excellent, we have weekly meetings but whenever necessary I made contact and was promptly attended to.
