Koncepted did a massive CRO and CFO conversion redesign for this site. This included:

• UX audits
• Customer journey mapping
• Redesigned PDP and cart pages
• Micro-interaction improvements
• CTA optimizations
• A/B testing templates

They had gives Loom walkthroughs and async updates via their platform.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a 32% increase in conversions after launch on our Shopify store. Bounce rate decreased by 18% and average session duration increased dramatically. We also observed improved cart-to-checkout flow.

Everything was on time – many times ahead of schedule. Communication was async-first (and I think it should continue to be so even if they are in office) and their team used Loom and Figma comments which made collaborating super smooth.

They didn’t just design — they thought alongside us. “They were very strategic, and they understood the psychology of e-commerce UX. \! This made a huge difference. It was very much a CRO partner, not a vendor.

Not a lot, just a bit more onboarding about their async platform at the outset would have helped us ramp up more quickly.

They provided us design in the form of wireframes and final UI designs and responsive layouts for Shopifiy. They also developed hero graphics and dynamic sections for A/B testing.

Our conversion rate had doubled within the first month. Investors noticed and, internalling KPIs outperformed targets for both desktop and mobile engagement.
