To Monitor the Sales, Ups and Down and surprises. Idea was to see the dirt and take actions on improvement side.

Got references from our Customers, we decided to implement this addictive Dashboard stuff.

So If we talk about Order Tracking System We were able to track the delivery system and can identify what is late why is late and what is green and going good. Suppose the average delivery time to deliver a product to customer was 45 days earlier is now 20 day's and improving, this was dirt and hidden fact that we were not able to figure out objective of doing this was to enhance customer experience. CXO Dashboard - is the much needed can say addictive platform, can't live without it, I can access it from anywhere mobile or laptop anytime. I can share whatever report to anybody via WhatsApp by just a single tap
What was the team composition?
I think that we liked was it's pay as you go custom plan that no body right now no body is offering. So the wastage is Zero, I am getting what I have paid for and seeing what I want to see
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We dance and enjoy when everything is Okay and going good. But by implementing this we got to know about our weakness and was able to figure out the low areas to work on.
