Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had already developed our own educational games authoring platform that utilized the WordPress CMS in combination with our series of JavaScript game templates. This enables our customers (educational publishers) to build a fully functional game in about 15 minutes. However, that does not account for the time publishers spend formulating appropriate content and writing the questions that each game features. 

We tasked AIStreaming with developing an AI-driven content generation tool that could integrate with this platform to save our customers a huge amount of time and money. So key deliverables were: 

1. An LLM suitable for use within education 
2. A content generation tool using the LLM
3. Integrate the resultant content into our games authoring platform 
4. Publish the finished game. We envisaged that the entire game production experience should take no more than 2 minutes to complete.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

AISTREAMING exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. Their initial consultation led us to develop our own unique LLM rather than using OpenAI's API. This was excellent advice and has helped create real value in the project. 

They also advised us to move away from WordPress CMS to a cloud-based delivery platform. This also has added value, enabling us to expand our market to include other EdTech providers who can now integrate our technology into their platforms. AIStreaming met our deadline and delivered a working prototype of our new innovation - a user can now produce an entire game without any subject matter expertise, design skills, or coding ability in under 2 minutes.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

AIStreaming tightly collaborated with our project manager to ensure the smooth delivery of this project. We collaborated daily using Slack and other web tools. We always had full visibility of all developments. 

AIStreaming scheduled regular "stand up" meetings where the whole team attended to discuss progress and challenges. The frequency of these meetings changed as the urgency to complete each phase of the project approached. So, at the beginning of each month, we met three times a week, but by the end of the month, we met at least once a day. They never missed a deadline and helped us reschedule when things inevitably evolved, as they always do in a project of this nature.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their honesty and genuine attempts to make every step of the project understandable to our relatively low-tech team. They are also a lot of fun to work with. I really felt like we were working with people at the top of their game.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AISTREAMING could have done differently?

I can't imagine how they could have further improved the experience they delivered. I have worked with many software developers over thirty-odd years and I found AIStreaming to be among the very best I have ever experienced.
