Our main goals were to increase email-driven revenue, improve open and click-through rates, and build a structured automation system that could consistently generate sales without constant manual input. We aimed for at least a 20% increase in email revenue and stronger engagement metrics.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 35% increase in email-driven revenue within the first few months after implementing Klever Agency's strategy and automation systems. Open rates improved by around 25%, and click-through rates increased by approximately 18%. Our abandoned cart recovery flow alone generated an additional 12%–15% in recovered sales. Customer retention also improved, with repeat purchase rates increasing by about 20%. Additionally, customer lifetime value increased by approximately 20%–22%, mainly due to better segmentation and post-purchase automation flows. At the same time, unsubscribe rates decreased by around 12%–15%, which indicated that the content became more relevant and better aligned with our audience.Beyond the numbers, campaign execution became significantly more efficient, saving us valuable internal time while delivering stronger and more consistent results. Email has now become a predictable and scalable revenue channel for Meloni. Overall, Klever Agency has exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of efficiency and scalability.
