Klar IT is an external IT department for companies in Copenhagen with 5 to 100 employees and no IT staff of their own. We handle what an internal department would: user support, operations and monitoring, security and NIS2, backup, Microsoft 365 and Intune, Apple devices and setup of new computers. Our office is in Frederiksberg, and we come to you when remote help is not enough.
All prices are published on our website. There are three ways to buy: an hourly rate with no agreement, a frame agreement with a monthly pool of hours, or a fixed subscription per employee. There is no binding period. The first meeting is free.
You get the same consultant every time, someone who knows your setup and answers within one hour during business hours. No switchboard, no support portal and no new technician each time you call. Your documentation belongs to you, access is closed the same day someone leaves, and backups are restore-tested every month.
The owners work in the company themselves, and there is no corporate group above us.
