Client card offers loyalty programs with own savings cards to entrepreneurs. The customer card concept consists of the following three parts: 1. A savings card - With a savings card you give your own company tangible loyalty. Client card offers 3 types of passes and therefore the best solution for the best savings option for every client. These options are: Savings card with chip, a savings card with barcode and a savings card with magnetic strip 2. The savings terminal - Each savings card has its own savings terminal, namely an Ingenico terminal, a scanner & internet application and a CCV terminal. Customer card supplies the Ingenico terminal or the barcode scanner. You must use your own payment terminal to use the CCV terminal. 3. Your customer management - In your personal CRM system you enter new customers, you can see who your customers are and they also send newsletters. Entering the data can also take care of the Customer card for you free of charge. Send your customers a birthday email or a welcome email with a nice offer! Outside of these standard options you can compile newsletters with your own look and feel. In addition to these mailings, you can also print extensive reports to find out who your saving customers are and what their saving behavior is.
