We are a manufacturer and wholesaler of health products based in the USA. Some of our products are exported to Europe and Scandinavia. I am business owner.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kings Of Translations, LTD, and what were your goals?

When we enter a new market and open a business in another country, we need to arrange translation of various legal documents and official certifications. We selected Kings of Translation for these translations and certifications of legal documents, as well as to translate our marketing texts and localize the content for the relevant market. Since the translations must be impeccable, we were very skeptical about whether we would find a reliable partner who would translate our text to the point where the content sounded perfect in a foreign language. We have received positive feedback from colleagues abroad, confirming that the texts sound as if they were written by a native speaker rather than being translated. We are glad to have found this provider of translation services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Kings of Translation through a Google search; we contacted the company to request a trial translation, and assess their pricing and translation quality as an assurance process. We received a response very quickly, the test translations were impeccable and the prices were good, so we decided to continue hiring them for our translation needs.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package, including any document/file sharing tools used.

We needed product descriptions, instructions and marketing texts to be accurately translated into 12 languages (French, Spanish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Estonian, Danish, Latvian and Polish). Some documents included medical terminology which is extremely difficult to translate, so we were doubtful that the translators would be able to translate the complex terms accurately, but everything was done flawlessly. We were pleased that the translations of the instructions were compiled with an identical format to the original, so we didn’t have to hire graphic designers. Legal documents were translated into 12 languages with local notarization and Apostille.

What was their cost structure like?

Prices per word were provided in advance. Discounts were also available for texts that have duplicates.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to Kings of Translation, we have impeccable translations of products, product descriptions, and instructions. We have submitted a collection of 12 new translations because we are so happy with the accuracy they provide. Information security is also very important to us, and Kings of Translation are certified by cybersecurity, which is essential for our sense of safety.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our inquiries were also answered in the late evenings. We received consultations on various issues free of charge. The instructions were put together in the same way as the original and, most importantly, the translated text was very well received by our foreign partners who thought that the text was written in their mother tongue rather than being translated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We encourage clients to state the format required for their translations, as this could be extremely helpful although not always essential.
