Kim Engineering, Inc. (KIM), founded in 1993 by Sunny Kim, is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm who provides clients with the full range of services, including, but not limited to, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, surveying, construction materials testing, and inspections, contract administration, and landscape architecture services.
Our comprehensive scope of services and overall engineering expertise enables us to work with our clients on a total-project basis. KIM stays with our clients from start to finish, delivering personalized services and added value. At KIM, our clients come first with a passion of taking on technical challenges for both public and private sector projects. It is our belief that engineering is the future and we take pride in delivering the best product catered to our client’s needs utilizing our staff’s expertise and talent.
Our main office is located in Beltsville, Maryland with branch offices located in Baltimore, Maryland, Rockville, Maryland, and Sterling, Virginia. KIM is comprised of approximately 70 employees and has a total of five drill rigs and two vacuum trucks.
