What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of their review was very high, and they paid great attention to details. They also had a strong scientific understanding of the materials we were discussing, which was absolutely necessary to perform the level of review we required.

How did Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton Intellectual Property Agency (Beijing) Co., Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t use any project management tools, just basic email communication. They were responsive and timely, and they were able to stay on budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The expertise that they had on hand was extremely good for any company working with very niche sciences. They had subject matter experts (SMEs) on a number of unique topics in various scientific fields, too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we wouldn’t be able to provide any constructive feedback to them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Reach out to them if you’re in the hard sciences field. In addition, request the questions that they’re going to ask ahead of time because the quality of their review is only going to be as good as your contribution. As a result, be very focused on giving them the information that they need.
