We deliver in two-week increments. At the end of each cycle, you see working progress, not just a presentation. This means you can course-correct early if priorities change, rather than waiting months to discover something is wrong. Risks and dependencies are identified upfront and tracked throughout. We raise issues early and propose solutions rather than deferring problems until they become expensive. For assessments, we follow a structured process: initial briefing, system and process review, stakeholder conversations, analysis, and a clear report with prioritised recommendations. Typically one to two weeks for a core assessment, three to four weeks for a deep assessment. We use modern project tools for tracking and collaboration, but we keep the process lightweight. Second, AI and automation for legal and professional services. We are working with law firms on client portals, knowledge retrieval systems, and document automation. The legal sector is at an interesting point where AI can genuinely reduce admin burden and improve client experience, but most firms do not have the internal technical leadership to evaluate what is real and what is hype. We bring that clarity, combined with proper attention to governance and data handling, which matters in regulated environments. Third, custom software development for businesses that have outgrown their current systems. Platforms that support core operations, connect to existing tools, and are built to last. Typical projects sit between £30,000 and £150,000. We are especially interested in work where there is a genuine business problem to solve, not just a feature list to build.
