We've already worked on over 1,000 fitness and wellness facilities in terms of interior design. We've also proven ourselves architecturally with many greenfield facilities. In recent years, we've gone a step further and expanded our range of activities. Together with MyGreenest Club, we've developed outdoor sports facilities in which both sustainable materials like cork flooring and training equipment made from ocean plastic play an important role. In addition to the ecological aspect, the digital aspect is also a priority here.

We've gone one step further with our Greenparking Houses concept . Not only can you charge your electric car while you're working out, which is generated by numerous solar panels, but the concept also offers climate-positive fish and plant farming on the upper floors, for example, using aquaponics. The fitness area, consisting of various cubes with green spaces in between, on the top deck thus becomes a neighborhood project with a high quality of stay.
