I’m the CEO and owner of an IT company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Keller Williams Realty, Inc.?

We were looking for an office space that would serve our needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The initial step was to get an idea of what we were looking for, depending on how big the space would be, for how many team members, and if we would need multiple private office spaces. Keller Williams provided suggestions on existing spaces.

Once we narrowed that down, we began to determine our ideal price range based on what was on the market. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with Savannah (Realtor). 

How did you come to work with Keller Williams Realty, Inc.?

I initially considered reaching out to Savannah alone, because I knew her from a networking group we’re both in. Then, we discovered she was affiliated with Keller Williams, so we decided to partner with the agency.

How much have you invested with them?

We didn’t end up making a purchase, but we were looking at spaces between $3,000–$5,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2019–April 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We looked at several spaces, but we ultimately decided not to move forward because the investment was too heavy for the market and for us as a growing startup. However, we were pleased with Keller Williams’ work. 

They were able to provide a lot of really great options. It just wasn’t a good fit at the time. We really appreciated the process and the effort that was given to our search.

How did Keller Williams Realty, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Savannah was quite helpful; we were in contact with her every week. She was consistent in her follow-ups, and she provided the personal aspect of being able to talk directly with her on the phone. 

When we were no longer able to visit spaces in person due to social distancing, she leveraged virtual tours as an option.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were most impressed with the level of communication Keller Williams offered. They were very transparent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t really see a place they could’ve improved on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Try to provide as much information initially as possible. It’ll give them a better understanding of what you’re looking for and what goals you’re trying to accomplish.
