It starts with a 15 minute discovery call. Free, no deck. If we are a fit, terms of trade come to you to sign and we book in Foundations for each channel we are taking on. Foundations is the real onboarding work: your business goals, a brand deep dive, a tracking audit so we can trust the numbers we are about to report on, account and catalogue setup, and reporting built before anything goes live. Your strategist runs it, and you meet the specialists who will actually do the work, because there is no handover to a different team later. Setup itself is quick, usually a matter of days. We will not pretend it is instant beyond that. Campaigns need a few weeks of data before they perform, so we tell you up front what month one looks like and what to judge us on after it. Then you are into monthly delivery with one point of contact. You approve, we handle the rest.

Ecommerce stores in New Zealand and Australia turning over roughly $1M to $20M a year, mostly on Shopify or Neto. Danielle's shorthand: from their first million to their twentieth. The common thread is proven product-market fit. If people are already buying, we can find the growth. If the product has not landed yet, we will say so rather than take your money to advertise it. Past that, the industry matters less than you would think. Our client list runs from envelopes to motorcycle gear to skincare to wine, and the breadth is half the fun. We take service businesses case by case too, though ecommerce is home ground.

Setup is fast. Performance takes a little longer, and anyone promising otherwise is selling. Ads need a few weeks of data before there is anything worth optimising on, so month one is clean tracking, a real baseline and early creative reads. Month two and three are where you judge it. Email and CRO usually move quicker, because they work with traffic and a list you already have. You get monthly reporting on every channel we run, signed off by your strategist before it reaches you, and it says what changed and what we are doing next rather than handing you a wall of graphs. If something is not working, you hear it from us first. For a sense of the ceiling: recent client results include a 20.89% conversion rate lift from a single navigation change, and $237K of Meta revenue over six months at an average ROAS of 10.

No. Every specialist is on our own team: fifteen permanent ecommerce experts across New Zealand and Australia, run out of Māpua, Nelson. Paid ads, social, video content, email, SEO, CRO and website development all sit in-house, which matters more than it sounds. The strategist who plans your campaign works alongside the person building the landing page it points at, so nothing falls between suppliers and no one gets to blame the other agency. You get one point of contact and very little to manage. You approve, we do the rest.

Every client needs something different, so we do not publish a price list. What it costs comes down to which channels you want us running, how much stays in-house with you, and what state the account is in when we pick it up. A store with clean tracking and a healthy list needs a very different first three months to one starting from scratch. The shape is always the same though: a one-off Foundations fee to set each channel up properly, then a monthly retainer for the ongoing work. Ad spend is separate and stays yours. The 15 minute discovery call is free, and you get real numbers in it rather than a range that means nothing. If the honest answer is that your budget is not ready for a channel yet, we will tell you that too.
