Keep Pushing Agency helped us develop our outbound engine from scratch. Their work went far beyond simply launching campaigns or generating meetings. They helped us define and validate our ICP, develop targeting strategies, test different markets, and continuously optimize our campaigns based on actual performance. One of the most valuable aspects of the partnership was their ability to challenge our existing assumptions and identify new opportunities. They helped us validate new ICPs and expand our outreach into various markets across Europe, including markets where we previously had limited experience. Their expertise also extended beyond lead generation. They contributed valuable business knowledge and sales expertise, helping us think about the broader sales process rather than only the top of the funnel.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest measure of success for us has been revenue. Before working with Keep Pushing Agency, our internal outbound efforts had not resulted in any closed deals. Within the first six months of the partnership, we closed three deals generated through the outbound campaigns. We also have multiple additional opportunities currently in the final stages of negotiation. Based on the deals already closed, we have generated a multiple on our investment within the first six months of working together. For us, that was clear validation that the outbound model they built is working.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management and communication have been excellent. Even though Keep Pushing operates as an agency, the engagement feels very personalized. Their team is highly responsive and consistently available when we need them. We communicate primarily through Slack and have weekly calls to review performance, discuss strategy, and align on next steps. It feels much more like working with an extension of our internal team than with a traditional external agency. During the first three months especially, they significantly exceeded the expectations we had when starting the pilot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their broader business and sales understanding. There are many agencies that can send emails, generate leads, or book meetings. Keep Pushing brings much more than that. They understand the business behind the campaigns. They challenged our assumptions about our ICP, helped us understand which segments were actually performing, and introduced us to new markets that we had either limited experience with or had not previously considered targeting. Their expertise extends beyond lead generation into sales strategy and the broader sales process. That combination of execution, business knowledge, sales expertise, and a highly personalized approach makes them stand out. They feel much more like a strategic growth partner than simply a lead generation agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Keep Pushing Agency could have done differently?

Nothing significant comes to mind. We have been very satisfied with the partnership, communication, and results so far.
