We brought on Keep Generating to assist us in a variety of ways.  The first and most crucial step was to begin tackling the ever-increasing backlog of development work that our own staff was unable to complete.  In addition to churning through our backlog, they optimised our analysis tools to enable us better analyse the success of our media and website.  Last but not least, we employed Keep Generating for a number of technical SEO tasks that improved the site's structure and increased our ADA compliance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From a development perspective, we were closely monitoring our website's time on site, engagement and bounce rates, and visual analysis using Hotjar to ensure the client journey was as effective as possible.

 In order to ensure that we were not only staying up with the competition but also industry standards, we also kept an eye on our keyword analysis, ADA compliance scores, and page load times.

Our project manager was always very communicative.  Most of the time, work was always finished inside the time range specified when it was assigned.

The company's diversity was striking.  They were able to assist us in numerous ways.  They assisted us with SEO, ADA, web analytic tools, and Paid Media analysis in addition to being onboarded for development.  A solid business for anyone looking for a full-service partner in design, development, and analysis.

Throughout the engagement, the team showed excellent project management, guaranteeing a seamless and well-organised procedure.  Every deliverable, including the design work, recommendations, and email audit, was finished on schedule.  There were no delays, and everyone knew exactly what to anticipate at every turn.

This company's depth of knowledge and dedication to providing genuine value beyond merely selling a service were what most impressed me.  Their email audit, which offered practical suggestions rather than general best practices, was the most comprehensive and perceptive I've seen.
They truly stand out from other firms because they blend excellent content, instructional materials (such as the Email Academy), and useful strategies.
We were able to directly experience their knowledge through their giveaway effort, which was an excellent illustration of value-driven engagement.  It actually improved our email marketing; it wasn't just a sales gimmick.
