We had a series of conversations at the start to go over the project, they were very responsive to questions and went through all of our main points with us. We provided our designs to them and they then carried out the work. They got to work straight away on this and had the first mockup not so long after starting. We played around and researched several tech stacks to be used for our desired outcome and the team worked well in achieving this.

A project manager was assigned to our case, in which there was a lead front end developer and back end developer that worked on the project as well. I would speak to them all regularly and they would be contactable at any time, which was very good.

The feedback on the app form our users has been outstanding, everyone says how nice and professional it looks, and how easy it is to use This has boosted our band awareness and provided a new level of credibility to the business. The deadlines were stuck too in order to achieve the fully functioning app.

The project manager was easy to communicate with, he was contactable at any time I needed him which was very important for us as we are overseas and were on a tight time deadline. It was a close knit team so if you needed to speak to someone, you could.

We were impressed with their amazing ability to adapt to different scenarios and challenges along the way. As part of our development, we had to integrate new processes that they, and not many other developers, have had to use before.

A more in-depth look into each feature at every checkpoint may be good, to avoid any misunderstanding.

We have successfully used Keep Calm Labs on a number of critical client projects. The scope of work has included UI UX design, Landing Page, Website and Wordpress Development, and Mobile app development using hybrid technology and React Native. The goal for each project was the timely delivery of a high quality and innovative solution that met or exceeded our clients expectations. Keep Calm Labs has enabled QPR to consistently achieve this goal.

QPR undertook an extensive evaluation of potential partners based upon an organisations ability to deliver. While the cost of services was a consideration a more important factor was an ability to deliver high quality innovative products first time, every-time.

QPR has engaged with Keep Calm Labs on a number of projects. Our preferred delivery lifecycle is to utilise an agile approach which allows deliveries to be made in the shortest possible timeframe and ensures that requirements of QPR's clients are fully understood. A project usually commences with the creation of multiple concept designs that the QPR client can review.

This focusses the needs of the client and often identifies opportunities for improving the delivery that the client were not aware of themselves. Products delivered have been on various technology platforms (e.g. iOS, Android) and have utilised various tools (e.g. hybrid technology, React Native).

For each project Keep Calm Labs assigned a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) who had expert domain knowledge for the type of delivery being made. They managed and coordinated the multiple internal resources who were working on the delivery and brought them into the conversation with QPR only as and when required. This approach streamlined and simplified communications and allowed QPR to delegate the work with total confidence.

There have been multiple success stories from working with this team. A past project included the development of innovative mobile app functionality that provided real-time location based information displayed to the user. A current project involves the redesign of a mobile app for a Qatar based financial exchange company that is the number one app in Qatar in terms of downloads and usage.

As previously described an Agile approach to deliveries is used as it provides a more responsive, dynamic and flexible environment. Designs are developed and shared utilising Figma, general communications take place via email and Whatsapp groups.

Firstly their consistent track record of delivering what is required. Secondly the ease of communications which makes working with them simple and uncomplicated.

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit we got a big assignment of developing a system for register for covid-19 test and send results out.

Keepcalm has previously looked in to a project that was crashed and got fine solution there. So I contacted them to see if they were interested. Lucky for me they were. Originally I found them on Upwork

We started to use Wordpress but realised that we need to change to Laravel. Even though we had to develop Laravel from scratch we managed to get this done in a reasonable time and it very different to build custom solutions on Laravel compared to modifying plugins on Wordpress, it is a running much better and stabile since Laravel.

We have 1 full time + project manager and different other developers that are working on integrations etc.

The systems that are developed are crucial for us and our customers.

We use Slack and even though our definition is not traditional they understand the needs and are interested in solutions. They ask the right question in order to get the best result.

Each week we have a meeting where the CEO, project manager, and developer participate. On a daily basis there is a project manager who is involved in the development, when there are issues, it is good that the communication is correct. That is very helpful.

No - even though we are in another timezone, the language is different, it has been going very well.
