I’m the president of a technology solutions company in Newport Beach, California. We focus on e-commerce and video for retailers and creators.

We needed good PR, media, and attention for our company. KCOMM came in handy with these services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had an initial phase where we explained to KCOMM what we needed, which included explaining certain features of our company. We had an excellent onboarding call, and they understood everything. Then, they started working on finding great press for us.

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of about 4–5 people. We deal with client managers, but the founder is our main point of contact.

They’re known people in the area, so we decided to give them a try.

We've spent over $200,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began working with them in May 2019, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve gotten us into some good magazines, events, and interviews.

How did KCOMM perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well and are very communicative. We communicate over Zoom and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

KCOMM is very connected within the area and has a lot of large networks. They work like a boutique firm but are quick to do things — they have a fast turnaround.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

No, I think they do an excellent job.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be focused on what you need, your product, and the demographics you fit in — that way, you can have a good understanding of your goal and convey it correctly.
