We had good references from another startup who have been working with Kavichki for a long time.

The primary team we work with has 3 QA engineers and a QA lead who oversees the quality of the work.

Working together, we establish the company's test and quality strategies. Our quality processes became more reliable and transparent for the whole company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their QA team quickly adapted to our processes and worked alongside the development team. Reporting and communication are done with Jira and the test case management system. I can say that Kavichki is very flexible, responsible, and always willing to do more for the quality of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The flexibility looks very impressive. In addition, Their proactive work is one of the team's greatest strengths. At the very beginning of our collaboration, the team really helped us find exactly what we needed from the QA team. It helped us save money and focus on new features and improvements to the app.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would describe our collaboration as perfect, so I can't really say there was anything I missed.

The project we are working on is connected to trading and sensitive to any code mistakes. When the project has grown enough we decided to delegate verification of calculations (one of the most complex part of the app) to another team.

We've got good recommendations from the another IT company which was working with Kavichki before.

Their team helped us to develop test plan to cover all possible scenarios. Working together we defined the most critical areas which are connected to user's balance. The QA team works every week to check these critical stuff, and validate new features, and do regression tests when needed.

We work directly with QA person and also involve QA lead when needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Now we have all release candidates verified and in case of any critical issues were found we just move release. Last months we haven't got users reports and issues connected to critical functionality of the app which we frequently met in the beginning of our journey.

We are on the releases schedule: every two weeks we provide new features and new version of the app. The schedule is not really strict because stability and errors-free approach is a priority for us. Their QA team working together with the development team. All communication is going through Telegram. Kavichki is flexible, and always ready to test any time during the week.

Flexibility looks really impressive. Also, their proactive work is one of the strongest side of the team. In the very beginning of our collaboration the team helped us a lot to find what exactly we need from the QA team. That helped us to save money and focus on a new features and improvements of the app.
