Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the executive VP of a company in the mobility space. I am overseeing a B2C mobile-first product in the US market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nosta?

We hired Nosta to provide the product & growth lead for our teams. The main goals were to provide interim management and mentoring, as well as to further scale our business, e.g. by improving the service offering, increasing conversion rates along the funnel, updating the monetization strategy

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked with Nosta's founder before and knew that we would be receiving high quality and impactful outcomes from this engagement.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Nosta extensively used our existing growth stack, performed surveys, and worked with our team to identify areas for improvement. They identified multiple levers to improve the product, prepared the corresponding requirements with the team, guided the implementation, ran experiments and analyzed the results.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with their founder.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of their main achievements was updating the monetization strategy and business model that increased our subscription revenue by 5X and it looks like the newest experiment led by Nosta will even lead to a further increase (our engagement is still ongoing). Another huge achievement was the reduction of failed payments by more than 50%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was excellent. Nosta was fully integrated into our organization and led the product and growth teams. Nosta also mentored and coached our team along the engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

While they have expert knowledge around product management and growth, they are also completely dedicated to making your product a success. They did not stop after increasing our subscription revenue tremendously, but kept iterating over and over to continue scaling the business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything. We were/are extremely happy with the outcomes of this engagement.
