We wanted professional uniformed security guards. We had bad experiences outside our office premises. We wanted 24x7 surveillance. We contacted Karas through one of the reference and shared our needs regarding security services and concierge officer. We wanted everything in our budget secured for the year for security services.

There are many actually: 

• a) We always had an issue with anyone bumping into the office without permission. 
• b) We had many theft incidents. 
• c) Access in and Access out issue with our staff. 
• d) Building access and security check was required. 

When we employed Karas Security: 

1. Security guards are well uniformed. 
2. Karas Security always make sure only people with access card can enter the building. 
3. They maintain the entry and exit records.
4. Routine checks are scheduled for the premises. 
5. One designated concierge officer is always available without any fail. 
6. We have never seen even one guard short on service.
