Kapa99 is a friendly agency that truly cares to master the craft of your branding. They work around the clock to provide ongoing design services for our Assuaged startup. The team has also helped in creating concepts and designs for our new product launch.

They also handled our rebranding for various of our product lines. Kapa99 is able to provide excellent design services. They have an eye for how things fit together and they deliver graphics in a timely manner and even ahead of a schedule. They are also prompt in handling feedback following naming files for SEO purposes and organizing graphics in the sizes needed.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is to educate people about Public Health and grow our website and mobile app traffic. We are grateful that Kapa99 has allowed us to do this including the successful launch of our Podcast!

I performed a Google search. The owner Kakei is a remarkable person that cares about the world and the people living in it.

We have received several designs including but not limited to GIPHYs, videos, and social media graphics.

What was the team composition?

We have 3 graphic designers assigned to our team. The variety and consistency have been exceptional.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The bounce rate on our website is starting to decrease because of the quality in our graphic and video designs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Sometimes communication can be especially tough, as the CFO I am incredibly busy. I do feel like the communication can be improved, but it's primarily my fault, you truly need to explain thoroughly what you want, they cannot read your mind.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The culture and love for helping companies expand and scale.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There could be better communicational processes, we are working on mastering this with them now. Remember it takes years to build brands, let alone relationships. Consider Kapa99 no different than doing just that.
