I am an international coach supporting leaders to access their inner knowing and creating personal leadership that is their own.  I am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with active International Coaching Federation accreditation, and a Masters of Arts, in Leadership. I have a fellowship with the RSA (Royal Society of Arts).  Most importantly, it is with confidence, compassion and bold questions that I support clients and their goals. Clients of mine have self-awareness and a deep desire to make positive shifts. They are hungry for success and willing to be open to possibilities. Born in India, I moved with my family to a mall town in central Canada at the age of four. It is the deep value to serve instilled by my parents that are the backbone to my coaching. My priority is to serve clients with the best support possible.  I am passionate about helping leaders trust themselves, through self-awareness, action their knowing and reflection. With 26 years of management experience leading teams and working in multidisciplinary stakeholder settings.  My coaching philosophy is 'to make personal and organizational change happen, requires awareness followed by the action of the new learning'. My active volunteer commitment is supporting three areas of personal importance; coaching, women's empowerment, and global leadership development.  I volunteer as a Board Member of the International Coaching Federation - Toronto Chapter, Women in Leadership and the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
