Mr. Sobiech assisted me in:

1. starting my business activities in Poland as a sole proprietorship,
2. setting up an LLC in Poland with my Polish business partners, including drawing up articles of association (AoA), registering the company in the National Court Register (register of companies in Poland),
3. drawing up SHA (shareholders' aggrement) concluded with my Polish partners
4. drawing up templates of about 15 different agreements/legal documents in order to be complaint, including GDPR documentation,
5. acquiring stay permit in Poland for my workers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I started doing business in Poland as a foreign national, which helped me reaching a market of around 40 milion people nation with one of the most promising economies in Central Europe. The project was just finished, but I already see significant incomes from the Polish market.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Mr. Sobiech always informed me in advance (by sending an e-mail memo after each of our phone calls) what will be the next steps in realisation of the project and everything was done in timely manner. I have never seen any lawyer as trustworthy as he is, and I have seen a lot (in Israel, USA and Germany).

They always responded straightforwardly and quickly to all my questions and requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

He knows his profession, and when he does not know the answer to the client's question immediately, he humbly says that he is not sure and has to double-check it. Then he really returns with the answer in about 30 minutes.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kancelaria radcy prawnego Arkadiusz Sobiech could have done differently?

To be honest, I have no idea what can be done better. Oh, maybe he can learn some hebrew. ;)
