KALMAR's was founded in 1967 by Michael Kalmar in the City of London. After a brief period in Knightsbridge, in 1986 KALMAR's moved to its current premises in Shad Thames by Tower Bridge, SE1 to service its core area of activity. Richard Kalmar then became a full partner. KALMARS have significantly helped to shape SE1 with considerable involvement in the regeneration of the area. Recently KALMARs has opened up a Residential wing proving SE1 and the surrounding areas with sales and lettings.
