I am the CEO and founder of a company in the financial area

For what projects/services did your company hire Kaien Software, and what were your goals?

We contacted Kaien Software to develop an ERP in order to improve the management of our company. But they also managed to make a CRM with everything we needed and staying within the estimated budget we had, the combination of these two systems exponentially improved everything.

How did you select Kaien Software and what were the deciding factors?

After receiving advice and proposals from several companies, we chose them because it seemed to us that they really cared about our needs. His vision and professionalism matched what we were looking for.

Our idea was always to have the possibility of adding functionalities in the future, taking this into account they developed the system in a language that will allow us to improve or add functionality to the project if we wish. First we had several calls to define the requirements.

After defined, we met with the UX / UI designers to see the designs. This process took about a month. Then it went on to development, during this stage we were always in contact with them, and whenever we requested they sent us progress. The developers tried their best to meet all the requirements and functionalities that we needed.

The total development time was eight months, however, the first module was enabled two months into the project, and we had a new delivery every month.

At the beginning we only spoke with the CEO, Katherine. We also talk with three of the developers and one UX/UI designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We do not have measurable outcomes in percentages, what we can say without a doubt is that it completely changed the way of working in the company. Employees are more productive and faster, customers are happy with everything they can see and do online, and management can see and measure with data that we didn't even handle before.

I don't need a percentage to know that these systems will allow us to improve and produce more than ever.

Our time zone is very different, yet they never had a problem connecting at unusual times. The communication was by Skype (our request), also by emails and Jira. They adapted 100% with the estimated time of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their commitment to our needs. Unlike other companies that sought to give us solutions already created or the solutions they wanted without listening to our needs, Kaien was always more than anything attentive to the company's objectives. They were advising us on which solution seemed best to them.

Another thing that I really liked is the quality of your product. It is a simple product to use but that has a lot of backend, they handle advanced technologies and are at the forefront with the latest in the area. That gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I think they made it great!

I had the need to implement a health website solution for a recognized US client, Kaien software was the company that helped me through the whole process. They received the proposal and analyses different solutions in order to find the best way to resolve the problem.

How did you select Kaien Software and what were the deciding factors?

One of the key factors was that they took the time to understand the problem and see what I needed, they don't charge for that and it was helpful since my budget was not the highest.

Also, the plan they presented was so detailed and well prepared that leaded to a mutual connection.

Her CEO Katherine, the UX/UI designer Marcos, and Nicolas from the Dev team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project on time and it was working as planned. The whole process was pretty smooth and easy.

Through the whole process Kaien was right next to me and helped me to achieve my goal. Now the website is still functioning perfectly fine and users are loving it.

How her CEO was in constant communication with me. Her professionalism is outstanding. They are extremely responsive and well prepared. All of our goals were achieved since they had very clear our objectives and who was going to use the solution.

I'm the founder and director of a big supermarket, in which we have more than 150 employees, and thousands of daily sales. The supermarket has several areas and offers various extra services.

We urgently need to advance in technology, the company had grown too much and we could not control it, and this affected our service to our clients and also our intern operations.

How did you select Kaien Software and what were the deciding factors?

Kaien Software already has experience in this type of project. A close friend recommended the company to us, and after contacting them and seeing how professional they are, and to the high level of programming they handle (they are excellent), without a doubt it was the company we were looking for. We do not regret for a second our decision

First they contacted us for a meeting, they got adapted to our schedule without problem. We talked about what we needed, and the next day they already had an initial proposal that was very close to what we had thought, but it was even better.

We worked on this proposal improving the details until we achieved a solution that was 100% adapted to what we were looking for. During the design stage, we always communicated, and although modifications were emerging, they adapted to everything without problem.

They cared at all times so that the system was easy to use for the end user, we liked that a lot, they continually put themselves in our shoes. The support and maintenance of the system, which was included for a year in the cost of the system, gave us tremendous peace of mind, since we knew that we had their support in case of any problem.

We talk with the CEO, Katherine. Without a doubt you can see why she made his company succeed, he cares incredibly about his clients, a great person. We also talk with Marcos, UX/UI Design, and two of the developers, Sebastián and Nicolas. All great people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have 100% of control on our company. Now we can obtain reports that will undoubtedly help us increase sales by 47%. In addition, the automations carried out on the sectors of self-evaluated products reduced errors by 38%, which reduces the loss of money due to human errors.

The reports will also allow us to make purchases better, which will give us much more profit in the future. Like these types of best, there are many more. The system completely improved the management of our company

We manage the project on Asana, a program very easy to understand. They always strived to meet the promised times, and they succeeded. We also used zoom and skype for the meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were struck and pleased by how they cared, and their solution was very useful for us. They could have done only what we asked of them, but it was not like that, they worked hard to make our investment profitable, and to make their system easy to use for everyone.

Something that we also loved was their kindness and availability to us. We are not from the area, but they took time to explain us. We are very grateful.

No, they really do everything great.
