A system called Fixed Access Portal (FAP) enables users to interact by creating a work order and inputting a bill of material and a bill of contractual work, uploading related files as necessary. Each WO then transitions from planner to contractor to supervisor and eventually after certification with a planned bill of works the contractor can be paid for the work carried out.

FAP is integrated with the stock system so that material issued by a contractor can be accounted for based on the WOs carried out. System development is ongoing, involving a better auditing system and more access control features for managers, contractors, planners, and supervisors.

• Goal 1: integration between Exact Online (accounting saas) and MultiSafePay (merchant/payment), and internal CRM/license management system. 
  • The project was to integrate the system and set up 2-way communication between the 3 critical business solutions to improve integration and automatization. This was done using existing and new to create webhooks. And use SharePoint and MS Flow to process information and do the required tasks with it.

Step by step integrations where made using SharePoint and PowerAutomate flows. This resulted in manual process where automated and reduced manual labor and needed interventions.

After an analysis of our requirements, a project plan was presented. This was delivered in step by step phases so these could be tested before moving forward and integrate in full solution.

We required a web based software application to keep track of Jobs as they came in, with specific details and timelines, including the ability to output reports of specific parts of jobs and lists of pending steps. The software developed met and exceeded our expectations.

Project was completed on time, within budget and met our expectations with very little modification required post-development.

Response time was near immediate in most cases, as we communicated via Teams as the job progressed. Timelines were mostly met with rare delays, and where delayed by a minimum of time.

KaapiSoft were engaged on a number of projects including the development of a customer portal that needed to be fast, highly available and secure. The portal needed to obtain information in real time to present to our customers as well as provide an element of control over the systems. In addition, we needed various integrations between our tools to automate repetitive and time consuming tasks.
