I’m the CEO of FYNK, a design agency specializing in branding, packaging, communication strategy, and identity development. We help clients visually communicate their values and goals through creative, collaborative design solutions.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire JUSTAUTOMATE to accomplish for FYNK sp zoo?

We needed support with AI workshops and personal and business agents.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JUSTAUTOMATE has provided implementation documentation for the Claude code tool in the form of a user manual that includes start commands, slash commands, keyboard shortcuts, diagnostic procedures, and guidelines for best practices when working with the tool. The team has also conducted workshops. JUSTAUTOMATE is responsible for both the implementation and the documentation and workshops.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen time savings, automated processes, an increase in the number of implemented tools, and a growth in team efficiency. Although it’s still early in the process, we expect to measure results in the coming months. So far, the team operates faster, data analysis is quicker, management decisions are more targeted, client potential assessment is more accurate, and overall process coordination has improved.

How did JUSTAUTOMATE perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been handled very smoothly and professionally. Deliverables have been completed on time, and the collaboration has been well-organized throughout. We communicate via in-person meetings, email, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JUSTAUTOMATE’s deep knowledge, solution-oriented mindset, and custom approach to our needs have stood out the most. The advisory support throughout the project has been particularly valuable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No major areas for improvement come to mind. The collaboration has met our expectations across the board.

We hired JUSTAUTOMATE to automate lead generation and client outreach, get trained on using AI tools in day-to-day business operations, and potentially build internal AI-powered applications for our company.

Can you describe the scope of work JUSTAUTOMATE handled for your project?

JUSTAUTOMATE has provided AI training and workshops, built internal tools and automations for our company, and provided hands-on mentoring — guiding me step by step to optimize my workflows and business operations using AI as fast as possible. The team has helped me set up and configure my Claude code environment — including the terminal hub, initial skills, hooks, and workflows — so everything runs efficiently from day one. JUSTAUTOMATE has also guided me through the process of feeding Claude the right context about my business and helped me understand how to think in terms of AI-driven processes and automation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

JUSTAUTOMATE's work has resulted in significant time saved on manual tasks, faster adoption of AI into daily workflows, and the ability to build my own internal applications — including tools for video analysis, editing assistance, transcription, business data analytics, and a client database system used for outreach and new client acquisition. Tasks that used to take several hours — like searching through inboxes, finding specific messages, or calculating recurring ad formats — now take 15–20 minutes with the templates and tools we've built. Some processes are running several times faster than before. The full impact will grow over time as the systems become more embedded in daily operations.We've built a database of 3,500 segmented companies and have started rolling out a structured outreach process. Several deals are currently in progress or in negotiation — it's too early to report final conversions, but the pipeline is active.

How did JUSTAUTOMATE perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been excellent — JUSTAUTOMATE delivers everything on time and is very proactive in following up and keeping me on track. The team is also very open to feedback throughout the process. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

JUSTAUTOMATE's personalized approach stands out the most. The team has taken the time to deeply understand my business from the very beginning, not just what tools to build, but how my company actually operates and what I do. That context has made everything they've delivered much more relevant and effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have no complaints — I don't see anything that needs improvement. The only thing I'd note is that the process naturally requires time and commitment from my side, but that's entirely on me, not a reflection of how they work.
