I am a brand strategist. We organise international networking events for Web 3 projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Just Creativo, and what were your goals?

We hired Just Creativo to make a brand story video. The goal was to make promotional footage which showcased our company's vision and values

How did you select this vendor?

We researched companies in Mumbai, we found Just Creativo's pitch and representatives really understood the brand's message and were able to meet our expectations at a reasonable price point.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

To start, their team, spoke with our partners, vendors and employees, obtained the footage required to execute the video. After which they did all of the post production activities, like dubbing, editing, colour correction, etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

My points of contact were the Operations Head and Brand Strategist. The rest of the team was about 6 people.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got positive feedback for the video. It has helped bolster the company's reputation and credibility. It is a key marketing asset for us.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We initially had several meetings with them to discuss budget, timeline and the projects scope and details. After this, they kept us updated regularly on progress over slack and gave us several drafts, implemented changes quickly. Over all they were easy to work with and efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very committed to the task and believed in our message. Their team is very creative and found a unique way to get our message across.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have preferred to have one POC for smoother communication.
