So, here's the deal of why I give JumpFly 5 stars! Transparently in the very beginning it was a little bumpy. We are not what you would call an easy client. We have a very specific approach and audience we like to target. At first, our team and Jumpfly's team were not on the same page as far as strategy, goals desired, communication to us, how to target the market we were going after etc. However, Jumpfly realized that immediately as well and adapted! What more can you ask for in a company right? The desire to make it right and serve their clients with excellence is so important and it shows with JumpFly!

Leadership literally jumped in and changed the whole team that was assigned to our company and EVERY SINGLE PERSON involved has been so proactive and adapting as needed to not only meet our desired metrics, but exceed them. Not an easy task! Always willing to have the extra conversations to provide details and insight and explain pivots recommended, etc.

In the campaign we have had great results so far and the whole team is always giving ideas, sharing resources, wiling to listen with an open mind to us as their client. I think they actually enjoy our account as it challenges them to get more proactive and creative. We can tell they care and want to help us make a difference! That means a lot to us and as a "partner" to us they believe in our Mission and Vision to serve others.

Our Meta account had already been started internally. Once we were onboarded with JumpFly, their team took over on the account. They reorganized our ads as well as created new ads. After this, they've continued to create new ads with different creatives.

Jumpfly took on our cannabis company advertising campaign, when no other agency would venture into the space, they handle our Amazon campaigns, which is no easy feat in the cannabis space. They have aided with PPC Campaigns and driving revenue growth of 400% since the campaign began. Jumpfly also is handling our B2C website, with an extensive SEO campaign, that includes monthly blogs created in house by staff writers on the cannabis space.

How did you select this vendor?

I had done my research and was fortunate enough to hire Jumpfly at a Prosper show in Vegas. I had reviewed other companies and no other company was familiar with the cannabis space, Jumpfly rose to the occasion and was able to offer services in the cannabis space no other company was able to do.

Jumpfly's Amazon campaign has increased our revenues dramatically, after the first initial consultation, I knew we where at the right place, keywords were identified, and the space was mapped out to go after competitors key words. The cannabis space on Amazon is a very tricky space to sell, our account was taken down multiple times and with Jumpfly's input we where able to get our accounts back and running.

I work with multiple teams at Jumpfly, Amazon, SEO, Social Media advertising platforms, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. Each of these campaign is run and overseen by executive management of Jumpfly. I personally work with each of the teams and the education and how well they communicate is a major plus.

Ive seen an increase of 400% on our Amazon campaign, that was no easy feat in the space!

Using call tracking and other means we can see that we are receiving leads.

I talk with my project manager at least once a month to go over the program and make any changes that are needed.

Other companies I have dealt with are very good up front but once you are with them for a while they seem to lose contact and only respond when you initiate contact. Even the services that promise monthly calls and updates.

There is always room for improvement. They are very good with Google analytics, but maybe need to look deeper into why sometimes they are not getting the response expected.
