JAAS is an architecture firm established in 1982 and based in Barcelona. Widely recognized for its excellence in both urban design and the restoration of listed buildings, JAAS is now devoted to public architecture. Recent projects include the EMAV Can Batlló, Cornellà’s Citilab Headquarters and the Tarragona Justice Forum. The practice has received several awards and citations for its design excellence. Among them are the 1986 FAD runner-up Award for Vía Júlia, the 1992 ADI-FAD Award for Aplic Macaya and the 2009 Bonaplata Award for the restoration of Can Surís. With a firm commitment to collaboration, JAAS strives to design solutions that are architecturally, socially, and environmentally coherent.

JAAS es un estudio de arquitectura establecido en 1982 y con sede en Barcelona. Reconocido ampliamente por su excelencia tanto en diseño urbano como en la restauración de edificios catalogados, JAAS ahora se dedica a la arquitectura pública. Entre los proyectos recientes se encuentran el EMAV Can Batlló, la sede de Citilab en Cornellà y el Foro de Justicia de Tarragona. La práctica ha recibido varios premios y citas por su excelencia en diseño.
