Jubitz Corporation is a family owned and operated truck stop, travel center, fueling provider and hospitality company started by Monroe A. “Moe" Jubitz. After Moe graduated from Yale University in 1939, he declined inquiries from the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees and returned to Portland. He took a job with a local trucking company and saw an opportunity in truck leasing, prompting him to open his own business in 1952 as Fleet Leasing, Inc.
