My company is a world leader in homeopathic medicines. I am one of the product managers in the USA division.

For what projects/services did your company hire JTwo Films, and what were your goals?

We engaged JTwo Films to rework the raw animation files from three different 2-3 minute videos and create 30 second cut downs of each. We also needed to redo the VO; what made it difficult, is that we needed to say A LOT in those 30 seconds, and some of the raw files weren't editable and we didn't have the budget to redo anything..

How did you select JTwo Films and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with JTwo on a number of other video projects; they are very professional, organized, creative, inventive, friendly, easy to work with, and always have the client's needs in mind. Will make sure it's done correctly.

Started with obtaining the raw files and discussing what we could and could not change. We have some basic 30 second cut down scripts.

Jtwo provided us with draft videos and draft VO and timing so we could rework the script before doing the final VO. During the final VO, we needed to rework the script a bit more, and did a few additional takes. The final product was perfect -- no need for further changes. They listened and delivered!

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Conor Hare is amazing; he's a great project manager and listener , always friendly and empathetic and will work with your schedule, delays, and rushes! He always projects a calm and friendly demeanor.

He also explains anything technical and shares the pros/cons and provides other options as needed. And, if you need to make a lot of changes, that seems to be OK too. Sure, we might need to pay a bit extra, but their fees are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We finalized the project TODAY, so won't know yet. We needed 30 second versions for certain platforms, and these hit on all the key messages and are very well done.

Project manager was very organized and easy to work with. Responds to emails in a timely manager; will call to clarify anything that might be confusing to or discuss the project with other team members so they can also hear our needs.

Video versions sent for our review and feedback via Vimeo so all comments captured by various team members.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They listen and redo, rework, retake any part of the project until the client is satisfied -- down to the smallest thing. They provide good input on what will or will not work, and why. Very professional but also very friendly and easy to work with.

For that reason, they are top of mind for any video project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

With Covid, it's just not a good idea to meet in person, but maybe in the future a live meeting would be recommended. At least at the beginning of the project.

I am a VP for a mobile device management solution called ARC. Our product secures, manages, charges, and tracks the handheld devices that employees use in warehouses and retail environments.

For what projects/services did your company hire JTwo Films, and what were your goals?

We hired JTwo to create two videos. The first video was an intense cinematic sizzle reel, which was designed to be played on a large movie-theater-style screen at a large conference with thousands of guests watching. We needed the audio to be calibrated to the professional AV equipment, and for the energy and intensity to make the product feel impressive and high end. The second video we created with JTwo was a longer, more explanatory sales video that walked through the features and benefits of our product. The second video needed a more approachable tone and feel for prospects who may be watching at their desk or on their phones.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found JTwo through a series of referrals. I knew some people in the media space and asked for some recommendations in the Philadelphia area. JTwo was far and away the most recommended and upon watching videos in their portfolio, I saw why. The quality of their films are unmatched.

We held a couple of phone calls to get aligned on the project, and then the JTwo team visited our office to talk about details. We decided on a space to shoot the video, and they later brought back other members of their creative team to walk the space. They had a good plan before we started shooting. After shooting, cuts were delivered on time, and they were very responsive and clear about the timeline every step of the way. They made an impressive product, and helped us stay on track with our deadlines.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Conor and Travis were my main points of contact. They were truly excellent partners. They were clear and communicative - and often were ready to jump on a call at a moment's notice to make sure we were all on the same page. Feedback was always accepted and if they had professional suggestions, they shared those politely. I truly felt that they wanted the best product for us.

We showed the film to a conference with tens of thousands of attendees and we not only received a ton of compliments on the film, but most importantly, we generated a lot of buzz and sales leads.

Lots of collaboration over phone and email. Cuts of the film were sent via a platform that allowed me to add feedback right to the reel for quick and efficient communication.

For what projects/services did your company hire JTwo Films, and what were your goals?

We were up against a very tight timeline for a lgistically ambitious series of shoots for one of our clients. We needed to coordinate between multiple participants in multiple cities, and needed a way to consolidate all of our production needs as much as posible.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We noticed that they had a presence in multiple cities and had ownership over many points of production (pre-pro, prod, and post-production) - not to mention some beautiful award-winning documentaries.

We started with multiple pre-pro meetings - talking through talent, creative concepts, and logistics. They made themselves incredibly available to us. We scheduled a round of pre-pro meetings with our participants and the JTWO folks became really immersed in the project - acting as full collaborators. They provided a lot of necessary information, helped with finding talent, etc.

During the shoots themselves, every person on set was extremely professional, kind, and fully present in the work. They themselves became excited about the project and were invested in the vision. In post-production, they were always very communicative about their process, were flexible with rounds of revision, and completely nailed our creative concepts.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked closely with the co-founder, and their lead producer. The feedback process was seamless. They were always available and communicative and were always ready to hop on a call to get aligned. They were always ready to learn and remember our process, so for future projects we had a shorthand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos completely shattered our client's expectations and were immediately picked up for a new round. They were a crucial element in growing the campaign and we were able to iterate off of that success.

Their project management style is communicative, collaborative, and intentional. They were amenable to whatever tools we wanted to use and suggested some that improved our process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were so ready to dive in and be full collaborators, which made the project development fun and effective. They love what they do and it's palpable in their work - be it fulfilling a brief, or jumping in to be creative with us. They made me feel like they were on my team, and mentally invested in our project.

None - they are by far my favorite vendor I have had the privilege of working with.
