I’m the founder and CEO of a real estate investment firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Joshi Digital Solutions?

They provided digital marketing services for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When we first met, we did a full scope of work to break down our goals and outline our mission for the brand. They helped me break down what our customers wanted to see. They outlined the entire process of developing our brand and testing creative.

For the generation process, they developed the creative for us and offered it to us for our approval. We were able to change whatever we wanted, and it was no problem. After 1–2 days to make those changes, we moved into testing the creative.

Specifically, they’ve developed Facebook and Instagram ads and did LinkedIn organic marketing. They’ve also put together my entire SEO package, including keywords research. It was a collaborative process to find the right keywords, but they led the process.

We have a 3D art style that includes pastels, and they’ve created content in that style every week for all our pages. While they haven’t created any videos yet, we have a roadmap in place that shows how we will do that.

They also do some out-of-scope consulting in terms of gathering marketing intel and basic technical support. The final service offering is modifying the user flows on our website to improve conversion and click-through rates.

I only work with Preet (Founder & President), and he has a couple of people working for him.

How did you come to work with Joshi Digital Solutions?

He was listed on a board I looked at when I was searching for a marketing partner.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay around $3,000 per month for creative, consulting, ad management, and SEO.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since February 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re well below the industry average in terms of cost per click. I’m 100% satisfied with their work so far, and we’ll be continuing with them for the foreseeable future.

How did Joshi Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s very collaborative. We’re very open with one another, using WhatsApp for instant communication. Documents are sent back and forth through email. It doesn’t take more than 24 hours to get a response from them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strongest characteristic is their flexibility and ability to test multiple options at once. We have a number of AB tests running at any moment. They’re also great at presenting and managing the data so that I’m able to decipher the best option quickly so as not to waste money. They’re very efficient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything off the top of my head.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go into the experience with an open mind and know that you will need to do a lot of tests. It’s helpful to have an idea of what your goals are for you company and brand, as well as to have a written outline of what you want to see happen. Other than that, they will provide value.
