We are Niche Keyword Ltd. and we operate and own many well known iGaming brands online in Asia markets.

For what projects/services did your company hire Jorgssen , and what were your goals?

We hired Yiannis to manage many of the SEO and marketing sides of some of our best-performing sites. We wanted to tap on his technical SEO expertise to build strong sites that will rank well on organic search engines.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were introduced to them by HR headhunters, and Yiannis showed that he was very confident in his SEO expertise and he demonstrated a deep understanding of SEO and technical SEO knowhow.

Yiannis was in charge of SEO for many of our best-performing sites. He used his expertise in technical SEO to ensure that all our websites were built and continue to be built with best SEO practices from Google. Key deliverables were rankings in top high volume keywords on Google, as well as making sure the websites acquire high traffic volumes.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From the ground up, Yiannis built a team to 6 very talented SEO members to manage many of the sites in our portfolio. Besides Yiannis who was Head of Search, we had several technical SEO specialists, SEO analysts and one manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since Yiannis came on board, we were easily ranking for many good keywords quickly. He has repaired many of the gaps in our sites and made sure that they remain resilient to any Google core updates which are known to cause many fluctuations in rankings of sites. He has also made sure that overall rankings have followed a steady increase over time.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We use Skype to communicate, as well as Trello and Jira. These tools allow us to work together smoothly and understand what is required and what is being done by everyone on the team. Furthermore, every item that is being worked on always includes a detailed explanation of why it needs to be done in a certain way, to be read if needed to know by stakeholders. We schedule meetings regularly to keep everyone in the loop.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Yiannis is the most hardworking person that I have known. He is extremely loyal to his company and his teammates and is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever he can.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No issues. They're knowledgeable about SEO. They help us easily understand what they want to achieve and how we can support the work.
