I am the CEO of a leading digital advertising agency based in NYC

For what projects/services did your company hire Jon Fatigate, Video Production, and what were your goals?

We needed a competent production team to light, shoot, and record full length webinars and social-ready ads for the webinars. We hired Jon and his crew to scout locations, shoot the webinars, light the scenes, and do all necessary post-production and editing work. We also hired Jon to shoot and produce a complex live event in NYC with over 300 attendees.

I was looking for a team that had a good balance between price, past experience, and the right attitude.

Each video scene needed to be set with lighting, background lighting, multiple cameras, and more. During the shoot, Jon and his team were attentive to every detail. After the shoot, all video footage needed editing, audio polishing, color grading, and more. Jon and his team did it all!

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Jon, who has been extremely quick to send the first cuts and subsequent revisions. He always responds quickly and makes me feel like I am an important client.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are advertising this webinar to tens of thousands of students worldwide. We have received a lot of feedback on the quality of the videos. People love the setting, the high-level of production quality, and that the audio is clear.

The most impressive was how down-to-earth Jon and his team were.  From quoting the project to delivering the final files, Jon has always been front and center, available anytime for questions and feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive is how down to earth Jon and his team are. They are committed to producing great work, and even though the details of the project changed numerous times, Jon never complained or pushed back—he is just simply interested in making his clients happy and doing great work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I really can't think of anything I'd change about Jon's process. First-class quality throughout.
