We hired JINZAI to help us develop a new solution for ISSY App to digitalized a process for our CPG customers.

We found JINZAI from a referral and it was the perfect timing for us, as we wanted to explore new development alternatives. Their flexibility in meeting our requirements and expectations and working within a budget.

it's an ongoing project not finalized, however, the quality of the service has met our expectations and we want to continue working with them and expand in other areas as well when needed.

They adapt well and work with the tools we use. Our developing team uses ASANA and follows the leadership of our lead developer and project manager very well. they meet deadlines with quality work.

Direct access to their team, not only developer but admin and vendor service very well organized.

We currently need platform development services to provide our global services. We hired Jinzai to assign appropriate team members who can provide support to the development area.

We received good references and recommendations for this provider and decided to engage the services offered.

We started with team meetings to adjust different internal and technical processes and protocols. Today, we still keep biweekly meetings for procees and deliverable status.

4 members of Jinzai´s team have worked with me, relating to the areas of Human Resource, Accounting, Commercial and Customer Accounts.

We hire JINZAI to support us in the selection of executives for our contact center and to hire their online training platform. The objective is to have a strategic partner outside of Chile that allows us to diversify our executive base and generate new business together.

We needed a cloud training platform.

We hace an account manager, a service leader, and business agent. The process was fluid.
