Jinkanna has been our long-term technology partner for all our Shopify-based eCommerce projects. They designed, developed, and currently maintain more than 15 online stores for our clients. Their work included:

Implementing local payment integrations and checkout flows.

Configuring logistics and shipping rules adapted to each client’s needs.

Providing continuous support, updates, and technical maintenance.

Jinkanna developed a complete digital platform that transformed our cheque discounting and factoring operations. The scope included designing and building a custom web application where clients can upload cheques and invoices, automating rate calculations and approvals, and enabling immediate fund disbursement. They also created dashboards for real-time portfolio tracking, risk scoring, and financial KPIs, as well as modules for document generation, user and role management, and audit logs. On the technical side, they handled the full system architecture, frontend and backend development, analytics integration, and DevOps setup, delivering a production-ready system that our team uses daily.

Reduced approval time from hours to under 15 minutes per cheque.
Tripled the number of cheques processed monthly without increasing headcount.

The scope of work involved completing our MVP. Jinkanna finalized the .NET backend and React frontend we had started, implemented the core features required for launch, performed integrations with necessary services, resolved outstanding bugs, and delivered a functional and stable MVP ready for initial users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome was the successful delivery of a stable and functional MVP, which allowed us to validate our concept. This MVP provided a strong foundation, and we have since continued its development in-house by adding new features and expanding the platform.

Project management had some challenges on both sides, including delays in our payments, but the team remained committed and was able to deliver the MVP as planned. They responded to our needs and showed flexibility throughout the process.

What I found most impressive was the team itself. Nico and Alex are truly outstanding professionals ("two beasts"), and their commitment and talent made a big difference in delivering the MVP.

As with any project, there were challenges, and improving project management and communication could make future collaborations even smoother.
