Josie Di Vincenzo is President of JDV Training & Development Inc. She has over 19 years of experience designing and facilitating learning, and coaching people and teams to maximize their skills, improve their effectiveness and to accomplish extraordinary results. Josie has worked with governmental agencies, private industry, not for profit and volunteer groups. She works with people who have a desire to want to grow and learn. Her goal is to create meaningful and sustainable learning initiatives that encourage people to become more self-directed in their personal and professional development. She brings passion, warmth and curiosity; the perfect blend for working with others and for guiding others to reach their full potential.

 

Josie has a Master of Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, is a Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP), and a Certified Coach (ACC). Her appreciation for both the theory and practice of teaching adults resulted in her being a recipient of the 2007 Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) Research Award. Josie is an Assessor for the certification of training & development professionals at CSTD and is an Instructor at the University of Western Ontario.
