I’m the owner of Legendary Landscaping, a landscaping, renovations, and snow removal company.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire JD Media to accomplish for Legendary Landscaping?

We needed help producing and maintaining our website with SEO, managing our Google account, and running Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JD Media has created a clean and easy-to-read website with our design in mind. The team has also created a link for quote requests. JD Media manages the SEO for our website to help generate more leads. The team also manages our Google page and creates Google Ads. JD Media handles everything, including all the pages, a blog that they update regularly, and contact forms. The team also runs tests to ensure everything is working properly.

Someone referred JD Media to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with JD Media in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a boost in calls and visits to our website with our new website. We’ve boosted our numbers to our website and found that we’re getting about 35% more calls and website contact forms than in previous years. We’ve also noticed a change in the quality of leads and conversions as a result of this increase. Most people know what they want, and we’ve gotten higher-paying leads.

How did JD Media perform from a project management standpoint?

JD Media always has everything prepared and is eager to move on to the next step in our website design. For ads and managing Google, the team is very fast in getting anything updated and reaching out to confirm. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, emails, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JD Media’s ideas on what we can do next to bring in more business are impressive. The team is very informative and takes the time to listen to my needs and wants.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Site indexed on Google within the first month — 385 impressions and 62 clicks in March 2026. Average search position of 4.8 across tracked keywords. Mobile PageSpeed score of 88/100, desktop 100/100. Stripe payments integrated with live product listings and automated inventory management.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

JD media was one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with.  No question was too big or small, he was always available by phone, text or email.  We met in person to walk through the webdesign and when we were unable to meet in person, he provided me with a video tutorial that was very easy to follow along. 

JD media always delivered on time.  The website easily could have launched just a couple of weeks after we first met however due to personal reasons I wasn't able to invest the amount of time that I would have liked.  JD media was more than accommodating and understanding.  An excellent communicator who is professional and very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Passion to help my company get its website setup.  JD Media was eager to have it launched and has since kept tabs on the website to ensure there aren't any bugs or glitches.  He was more motivated to have the website launched and finalized than I was! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something JD Media could have done differently?

Absolutely not.  I would very highly recommend JD Media!
