Jess Bousa graduated from the University of Valley Forge in Phoenixville, PA where he earned two Bachelor degrees—Pastoral Ministry and Theological Studies. Following that, he attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA where he earned two Master degrees—Biblical Languages and a Masters of Art in Religion with a concentration on Entrepreneurship. While at GCTS, he attended Harvard Divinity School for one year to complete one of his Masters. Jess is the author of two books: The Discipleship Dare and Cultural-Deficit Disorder. 

Following his graduation from GCTS in 2009, Jess moved to Harford County Maryland where he eventually started a new contemporary church in 2011 in Havre de Grace, MD that grew fast to 5 locations with 1,200 people. Marrying his passion for entrepreneurship, marketing and his natural knack for business and finances was key to placing his organization into the top 5% in the country.

In 2018 Jess pursued his passion of entrepreneurship in the market place and started a fast-growing financial services practice called JB Financial Group where he works as a Financial Consultant and Business Broker to help his clients make better decisions with their finances to secure a better future and to help business owners realize the American Dream through business brokerage, franchise consulting and development.
