She has coached and prepared high-potential talent for next level roles and has worked with leaders in specific areas such as communications, leadership impact, emotional intelligence, building confidence, transition planning, and influence. With over 25 years of HR experience, Julie’s consulting focuses on leadership development, talent systems, employee engagement, facilitation and workshop development. She specializes in aligning leadership and HR practices with business strategy.
Julie graduated with distinction from Seton Hall University with a Masters in Strategic Communication and Leadership. She holds a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. She has a PCC designation in coaching and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is certified with the Centre for Creative Leadership, Hogan Assessment Systems, and Total Strengths Deployment Inventories.
