• Rebuild organic search rankings and fix critical technical SEO issues following a platform migration that removed all existing SEO infrastructure.
• Implement CRM and marketing automation to streamline lead management, follow-up communications, and appointment booking for the sales team.
• Grow brand presence across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity to drive inbound calls from Central Iowa homeowners.

The team has built us a new website to help with SEO. They are also helping us with AI content, along with Meta and Google ads, and any additional support we may need. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CRM platform fully implemented with automated follow-up workflows, pipeline setup, SMS and email campaigns, and 60 days of hands-on team training.

Delivered 51 fully optimized blog posts, metadata rewrites for 28 pages, and schema markup deployment across the entire website.

Launched AI and GEO visibility tracking across 9 LLM platforms with 25 high-intent prompts mapped to 3 buyer personas and 5 topic clusters.

I have worked with other marketing companies in the past and this team has by far been the best to work with. They make you feel like you are their only client and really take the time to learn about your business and devlop a plan to get you in the best possible position.

The colaberation amounst themselves in unmatched along with their communication skills with myself. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something JAR Consulting Group could have done differently?

Honestly, I really don’t have any complaints! If I had to mention anything, there have just been a couple of times when an item or follow-up came back a little later than expected, but we all get busy, and I’m definitely guilty of the same. I wouldn’t even consider it a negative, just something I’ve noticed here and there. Overall, I’ve been really happy with JAR and the partnership!
