JANE was super responsive and offered helpful nudges if/when things slowed on our end. All communication was done via email and it couldn't have felt smoother.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All turnarounds were fast, very responsive. Required little to no coaching or support when communicating with candidates. It all felt very frictionless. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something JANE could have done differently?

We had some miscommunication early on about process, but I also think that's equally on our team. It was nothing major and we resolved it quickly, but I think we probably could have avoided that miscommunication had we put everything process-related in writing and aligned beforehand.

We needed a CFO ASAP. Jane gave us a professional recruiter that found someone in only a couple of weeks. It was the fasted C suite recruitment we had ever had in 40 years ofbusiness.
