He was hired to provide architectural design services for our projects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did an initial consultation and viewed some examples of his previous work.

We started with an initial consultation to go over the project in and get a plan together. From there, Jim started drafting the plans and we went through several revisions to get to the final product. After final approvals, we then received a full set of construction documents.

We worked directly with Jim on our projects.

The plans provided were very clear and concise and did not require many changes during the construction process.
