Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We reached out to agency Jaimito to design and develop our new website, based on the new branding we had previously created. We began with a workshop session where we defined all our needs: the required functionalities of the site, our communication goals, and the integration with a CRM system. From there, we held several design review sessions, and once the design was finalized, the development of the website began.

Once the site was completed, we had a couple of training sessions to learn how to work with the website’s back office. This allowed us to make text edits, add new posts to the news section, and extract visit data, among other tasks. Since the launch of the new website, the agency has been responsible for performing its regular maintenance.

Our goal was to clearly define our activity, since it’s not very common in the sector and users could easily misunderstand it. Thanks to Jaimito, our services are now perfectly defined, and any potential confusion has been eliminated.
