Introduce your business and what you do there.

I own a medical tourism company. We help doctors with consulting for their medical tourism business. We’re a team of about 10 consultants. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Jade Digital?

I hired Rachel (Founder & CEO) to do development and copywriting tasks for my website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a couple of meetings to discuss the project, the website’s design, and my goals. Rachel provided me with three website styles. I reviewed them, and she worked on the one we selected. She also incorporated our logo and photoshoots into the website. 

At present, when I want to make a few adjustments to the website, I contact Rachel to get things done. She’s also helping me out on other projects. 

The purpose of the website is to provide information about our services. Our business is relatively new, and many people think I do something different from what I actually do. The website is meant to help describe our positions, show how many years we’ve been in the industry, and present what we can add to our customers’ businesses. 

What is the team composition?

Apart from Rachel, I also work with a developer from Jade Digital. Rachel is my main point of contact. 

How did you come to work with Jade Digital?

I worked with Rachel before in another company, and she was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable in many areas. Moreover, I knew how valuable she was to the company. In fact, when she left, they hired six people to replace her. Overall, she had so much knowledge. When she left the company, she and I came to an agreement to work together on a few projects. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested around $1,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project on June 2022, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve generated conversions from international doctors in Turkey and Israel — which is something unexpected for us. This can be attributed to our website’s performance.

How did Jade Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Jade Digital’s project management is perfect. They deliver whatever they say they’ll do, which is difficult to see nowadays. Moreover, their communication is great; they respond quickly whenever we have to make adjustments. To communicate, we mainly use Slack. Rachel has also taught me how to use Trello and HubSpot. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with 11 other companies through the years, and I’ve experienced so much difficulty. I’m glad that there are companies like Jade Digital that keep their word. Besides that, they don’t charge us for a lot of little things; they do quality work, too. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want to work with Jade Digital, you have to keep up with them because they know so many things. They do projects on time and deliver quality work.
