Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. (JHA) is a civil engineering, land surveying, and environmental services firm with offices in Illinois, California, Georgia, Texas, and Washington.
JHA’s civil engineering and land surveying divisions were established in 1996 by Jeff Jacob and John Hefner. JHA expanded to California in 2006 with the opening of JHA Environmental, Inc. Expansion has continued with the addition of Environmental Services in Illinois in 2013, the opening of JHA Remediation, LLC in California in 2014, the opening of the Atlanta, Georgia and Seattle, Washington offices in 2018, and opening the Dallas Texas office in 2019.
