Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We are a food manufacturer and a lot of our work was still administrative. Energy invoices, lab analyses, payment schedules — someone had to read them and retype the numbers into spreadsheets. Records for production, quality, metrology and pest monitoring were kept the same way, and data from our sensors, meters, inspection equipment and solar inverters was either entered by hand or not collected at all. With IFS certification we need complete and auditable records, so this was taking real time from people who should be doing other things. They built us a web platform hosted on our own servers, and the part that changed our day-to-day most is the AI. Recurring documents are now read automatically and the data is extracted into the right records, so nobody retypes invoices anymore. There is also a chat assistant inside the system that our staff use to find things, work through documents and put reports together — they ask in plain language instead of learning where every screen is. Nothing the AI produces goes into our records until a person confirms it, which was important to us. The system also flags unusual consumption and upcoming instrument calibrations before we would have noticed ourselves. Around that, the platform covers production records from raw material intake to batch-level packaging, everything we need for IFS, metrology and pest monitoring, and energy management with 15-minute data from the inverters and meters broken down to individual equipment. It pulls data together from our ERP, the sensors, our electricity distributor, the market operator and the inspection equipment on the lines, with dashboards built in and each role seeing only what it should.
